Thankyou to everyone that came to our April Open Day.
I've added four new galleries of photos from our Forties Family Experience Weekend X. You can find them by clicking on the 1940s Events Gallery link to the right or by following this direct link. The galleries are broadly grouped as follows:
- Gallery 1: Civilian and trade stalls
- Gallery 2: Battle re-enactment
- Gallery 3: In the arena
- Gallery 4: Behind Enemy Lines
I've also added information about the tea dances that will be taking place on site this year to the next events page. The tea dance season is in full swing and you can join The Swingsters for a lovely afternoon of social dancing on our open days on 26th June, 31st July and 25th September. As usual, admission is £7 at the door of the tea dance and includes complimentary coffee, tea and cakes.
I'm also adding a link to the news archive after the end of this news section, in case you want to go back and read past news updates.
We hope to see you for our next open day on Sunday 29th May.
Until next time.
