1940s Events Photos Gallery 1 at Lincolnsfields near Watford, England, UK.

What makes our Forties Events so relevant and exciting is that everyone — visitors and re-enactors alike — walk in the footsteps of the many thousands of American and British military personnell who, during the period 1942–54, were based on this our historic WW2 heritage site. Just walking into the remaining original WW2 buildings evokes strong connections with those who gave so much in that important era.

The photos in this gallery are of our most recent Forties Family Experience Weekend 2 — held on 8th/9th April 2008.
